ऑल इंडिया लेबर वेलफेयर सेवा संघ (AILWSS) एक मान्यता प्राप्त, प्रतिष्ठित एवं राष्ट्रहित में कार्य करने वाली सामाजिक संस्था है, जो देशभर में श्रमिकों, गरीबों, वंचित वर्गों एवं समाज के कमजोर तबकों के कल्याण हेतु समर्पित है। संस्था श्रम कल्याण, सामाजिक न्याय, शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य, कौशल विकास तथा राष्ट्रीय एकता को सुदृढ़ करने के उद्देश्य से कार्य कर रही है।
AILWSS का गठन समाज में व्याप्त असमानताओं को दूर करने, श्रमिकों के अधिकारों की रक्षा करने तथा उन्हें सम्मानजनक जीवन प्रदान करने के उद्देश्य से किया गया है। संस्था का मूल मंत्र है – सेवा, समर्पण और समानता।
